This place was just a perfect match for a city break in Bournemouth with good value for money. Breakfast was good though, and the spa is pretty decent!

I loved the beautiful spa facilities, especially the relaxing sauna! The location's proximity to the beach was a big plus too. Just wished the jacuzzi worked better. 😕

We had a fun night at the clairvoyant show, where the atmosphere was buzzing with laughter and chatter. Everyone shared an enjoyable experience, especially the kids, who loved the indoor pool, a perfect escape on a rainy day. Breakfast was a hit too, particularly the delicious chips!

For dads, it would be great if the rooms had better soundproofing.

The breakfast offered delicious options like fresh pastries and healthy juices.

i had a lovely stay at the queens. breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were so friendly. the junior suite was spacious and the bed super comfortable. plus, it's conveniently close to the beach! the bathroom toiletries were a nice touch, too.
